The challenge we have for you

In this role, you will have the mission to win customers online / remotely and ensure a successful solution onboarding, and work close to customers in support of their satisfaction and retention.


  • Create a healthy relationship with the customers.
  • Evaluate and analyze customer needs.
  • Demonstrate the benefits that our solutions can bring to businesses in order to win customers.
  • Build trust and clarity with the customers.
  • Ensure the onboarding and training of new customers.
  • Demonstrate upgrading options to customers in support of their development.
  • Promote customer loyalty.

What we are looking for

Higher Education in Industrial, Mechanical, and Maintenance Management or similar.

  • Previous experience and/or skills in the commercial/services area.
  • IT tools (e.g. MS Office) and online presentation skills.
  • Native or proficient Portuguese speaker (expression and comprehension).
