What is a Valuekeep user?
A Valuekeep user is any person who has been assigned access to a Valuekeep CMMS plan. Each person must have a unique and confidential user access. You can add new users at any time.

Which types of roles are considered paid users?
- Administrator — These users can access all solution settings and manage all subscription users. This role is assigned to users who want to accept or cancel work requests, edit work order information, plan work, and access main reports and dashboards.
- Technician — These users can access assigned work orders and close them in the field. These users can request new work and edit work orders status, report labor, costs and add pictures.

Which types of user roles are free and unlimited?
- Requester – This user can only submit maintenance work requests, view the status of those requests, and rate the service once the work is completed. This user role can be assigned to anyone inside or outside of your organization.

Is there any volume discount for large accounts?
Yes, we do have special conditions for businesses looking to purchase more than 10 users. This special conditional discounts are available for any of the 3 plans and are an ongoing offer for future software renewals.

Can I upgrade to a different subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your subscription to a higher plan. All your data will remain the same and it’s a simple process that will take just a few minutes.

What is Valuekeep’s Payment Policy?
Valuekeep subscriptions are payable annually, with a minimum term of 12 months. Payments are accepted via Credit Card using the subscription form or, via Bank Transfer.
